Graduated in Food Engineering at the State University of Campinas (2004). Has experience in industrial processes in the pharmaceutical and food areas, with emphasis on biochemistry and microbiology of food working in the areas of aseptic processes, production of growth mediuns, controlled environments, brews and biochemical syntheses. A master's degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in the bioprocesses area for production of organic acids.
